Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health (Travel)

Job Description
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition to physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Idaho
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
