Description
Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Shift: 10-hour Day shifts, with on-call duties
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Job Description
- Work in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting with no block scheduling.
- Must have experience both scrubbing and circulating in the CVOR.
- Prior experience working specifically in a CVOR is required.
- Floating is required; travelers are prioritized for floating and may be assigned to other nearby campuses within a 50-mile radius.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: Epic.
- The work culture emphasizes integration of travelers as core staff members.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience both scrubbing and circulating in the CVOR.
