CT Technologist Job Opportunity – Oregon, Pendleton

Position Overview

• Job Title: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
• Location: Pendleton, Oregon
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Department: Radiology – CT/X-ray (Computed Tomography)
• Typical Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None
• Call or Standby: No call required

Job Duties & Work Environment

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging studies (average 5-10 CT scans and 10-20 X-rays per shift)
• Use of GE X-ray and Toshiba CT equipment
• Utilize McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR systems
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• No IV starts required
• Radiologist available on-site until 5:00 PM
• Radiation badge preferred but not required at time of application; may be requested after offer acceptance
• Scrub color: Black (scrubs not provided)
• Department orientation includes a checklist

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Additional Information

• Department has one scanner/room
• No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) used in the department
