Description

Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Madison, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Full Time, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend rotation per month
Work Setting: Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
May float to a nearby facility as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Alabama
Physical Therapy Assistant experience

Additional Information

This is a full-time contract position.
Weekend rotation required approximately once per month.
