CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)

Location: Sanford, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Work in the Imaging Department with a focus on CT and X-ray technology.
• Facility is a 137-bed acute care hospital with a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center.
• Shift types: Varied days, weekends, weekdays, nights.
• Typical shift length: 12 hours (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• No call requirements.
• Float between X-ray and CT modalities.
• Equipment includes GE CT Revolution and a mix of GE and Siemens X-ray rooms.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year.

Work Environment & Culture

• Patient population includes all age groups.
• Team-oriented and cheerful personality preferred.
• Must provide patient-centric care and work collaboratively with the team.
• Scrubs required; scrub color is flexible.

Additional Information

• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
• Facility is approximately 3 hours from the North Carolina coast and Blue Ridge Mountains, with easy access to Raleigh, Durham, and the Research Triangle region.
• Weekend hours depend on scheduled shifts.
