Location: Dublin, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Weekends, 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Job Summary

Seeking a Dual Modality CT/Radiologic Technologist to work weekend shifts. This role requires proficiency in both CT and Radiologic technology.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)

• COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster (or approved declination/exemption with agency letterhead).
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer lab report).
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
• Influenza vaccine (optional but recommended).
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test; if positive, chest X-ray required within last year or 5 years depending on region.
• Varicella vaccination proof (1 dose or IgG titer lab report).
• Fit test for respiratory protection.
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year).
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).

Professional and Background Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year.
• Two professional references.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms.
• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within past 30 days.
• National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within past 30 days.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Standard I-9 verification completed by agency.

Additional Notes

• All documentation requiring verification or certification must be scanned and uploaded into the agency’s credentialing system within specified timeframes.
• No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position.
• The role involves weekend shifts only (Friday through Sunday).
• The position is a long-term assignment lasting approximately 13 weeks.
