Description
Director of Rehab (Leadership) - Temp Position
Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts
Shift: Days (8 hours per day)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
- Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently
- Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits
- Ensure staff adherence to all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Massachusetts (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist)
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting
- Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
Additional Information
- Position offers a day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
- Candidates with PTA or COTA licenses and relevant experience may be considered at a different rate (pay details excluded)
