Description
Registered Nurse - Internal Medicine
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (94 days ≈ 13 weeks)
Shift: Primarily 12-hour night shifts with willingness to work intermittent day shifts, every other weekend, and float as needed
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult inpatients.
- Deliver care in accordance with the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1 year telemetry experience, including telemetry experience within the last year
- Experience in internal medicine nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- This role focuses on inpatient internal medicine care.
- Flexibility to work night shifts primarily, with occasional day shifts and weekend coverage.
