Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings (3:00pm - 11:30pm), 32 hours per week, includes every other weekend and holiday
Job Description
- Provide respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders.
- Work environment involves sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and intermittent ambulation.
- May require sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Requires normal vision and hearing (with or without correction).
- Must have finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals is possible.
- Communication required via face-to-face, phone, email, and other methods.
- Use of clinical software such as Epic and Pyxis.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
