CT Technologist Position

Location: Berwyn, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist to work night shifts on weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - CT) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with Medical Review Officer signature
• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, and county checks from last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Valid license verification dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma verified by third party screening
• Professional Forms:

  • Code of Conduct Form
  • Confidentiality and Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Additional Screening:

  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• Trinity CORE Exam: Completed within the last year
• Skills Checklist: Provided by agency for clinical contractors
