Description
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Fresno, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5 hours)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment. The role involves providing specialized nursing care in labor and delivery settings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Fit testing will be completed onsite on the start date.
- COVID test required on start date for clinical staff.
- Driver’s license or state ID (passport accepted) required for onboarding.
- Optional: Social security trace and driving record if not included in background check.
- HLC testing to be completed by Friday before start date (optional stipend available).
Notes
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- The assignment is day shift with extended hours (12.5 hours).
- All required documentation and verifications must be current and compliant prior to start.
