Description

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)

Location: Kokomo, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery, triage, postpartum, and circulate during C-sections.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year
Experience in Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced
Ascension Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS)
Ascension Fetal Monitoring

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Optional: Unit-specific checklist may be required by unit leader within one week of start.
Onboarding includes completion of nursing contingent worker onboarding and education attestation.

This position requires a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN able to work night shifts, with comprehensive certifications, immunizations, and compliance with background and competency requirements.
