Description
CT Technologist
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Hours per Week: 36
Schedule Details:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights from 7pm to 7am
- Weekend and holiday work required
- Monday to Friday day shifts also available 7am-7pm (potential float coverage)
Job Details
- Department has 1 scanner/room (32 Slice Optima GE scanner)
- Imaging performed includes routine MSK, Body, CTA (Head/Neck, PE, some lower extremity)
- Average 15-20 scans/studies per day
- IV start proficiency required
- Potential to float/cover XR or MR if credentialed
- Uses InteleBrowser EMR/PACS system
- Radiology supervisor or lead tech available at all times
- No 24/7 in-house radiologist; coverage M-F 8am-5pm
- No call or standby requirement
- Scrubs provided for permanent staff only; black scrubs dress code
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience within the last year
Orientation
- 2-5 days of orientation (general and specific)
