LTC Registered Nurse (Full Time PM Shift, Every Other Weekend)

Shift & Hours

• PM Shift: 2pm - 10pm
• Every other weekend
• 36 hours per week

Job Summary

Assist with day-to-day nursing activities in a nursing home setting, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and families promptly
• Complete all required resident assessments
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights
• Perform wound care and assessments as needed
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Lead on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership
• Maintain accurate and thorough resident records and charting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be maintained
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
• Two-year nursing degree required; four-year degree preferred
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
