CT Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Weekends: Every other weekend
Call: None

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (ARC or AHA acceptable)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required (ARC or AHA acceptable)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) as applicable
• NIH Stroke Certification required for certain inpatient RN roles (not specified for CT Tech)
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable

Additional Requirements

• Facility-specific compliance checklist and confidentiality statement must be completed prior to start
• Dosimeter request form required only for Imaging Department staff except MRI Techs (verify if applicable)
• Annual skills checklist required
• Color blind testing required only for dialysis/kidney center staff (not specified for CT Tech)

Notes

• Locals within 50 miles are accepted but at a lower rate (pay details excluded)
• Candidates must complete flu vaccine exemption forms if applicable
• Documentation must be uploaded and maintained according to facility standards
