Job Overview

Join a dedicated outpatient rehabilitation team providing 1:1 patient care with 45-minute appointments every hour. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients referred for occupational therapy treatment
• Formulating treatment plans and measurable goals with input from physicians, patients, and families
• Administering occupational therapy treatments and physical modalities appropriate to diagnoses
• Reassessing and revising treatment plans at least every 6 weeks
• Documenting progress reports timely to support physician follow-ups and insurance compliance
• Collaborating with hospital departments and medical staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience in an outpatient setting
