Facility & Unit Overview
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 50 beds
- Patient population: Rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 8 patients
- Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Position Details
- Specialty: Rehabilitation Nurse
- Number of openings: 1
- Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (overnight)
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
- Weekend hours: Same as shift (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM)
- Call requirements: None
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with nurses or LPNs in rehabilitation settings
