Job Details

• Must be open to all shift times; specific shift requests cannot be accommodated.
• Self-scheduling based on seniority.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Shift start times: 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM.
• Typical shifts: Night (3x12 hours, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM) or Day (3x12 hours, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
• Patient ratio: 1:1.
• Weekend work may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.
• No on-call required.
• No floating between units.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated per unit need.
• Locals accepted at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California.
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year.
• Certifications required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • ARRT Advanced
  • CT certification

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years; must be updated annually.
• Drug screen: 9-panel within 12 months of start.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO.
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • TDAP vaccine within 10 years (declination accepted).
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months (annual updates required).
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination.
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer.
  • Seasonal flu vaccine during flu season (declination accepted).
  • COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted.
• Respirator clearance required annually for travel candidates.
• Fit mask testing required for travel candidates (updated annually).
• Annual regulatory and specialty-specific training modules required.

Additional Notes

• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once every two-week pay period.
• RTO (Return to Office) restrictions must be included at submission.
• Radiation badges issued by the facility as applicable.
• Skills checklist required annually for applicable units.
• No prior travel experience required.
