Job Description
- Coordinate outpatient and inpatient imaging services.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care related to imaging procedures.
- Function as a procedure nurse supporting clinical needs of patients using imaging services across multiple campuses.
- Provide pre-admission nursing assessments, testing, care, and coordinate procedures with physicians and other groups.
- Deliver post-procedure care and assessment for inpatient and outpatient procedure patients.
- Promote quality patient care by establishing and monitoring standards of care.
Shift
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York State.
- Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience within the last year.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association, valid throughout the assignment.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing.
