Job Opportunity: RN - EP Laboratory

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description

As an EP Lab RN, you will assist the cardiology team in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders during invasive procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with rhythm management device implantation, ablations, and lead extractions
• Providing moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring
• Scrub assisting during procedures
• Performing cardioversions
• Delivering pre- and post-procedure patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• Electrophysiology Lab experience

• Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position.
• Temporary licenses are not accepted; permanent RN license required.
• Attestations are generally not accepted except for fingerprinting pending results.
• Some immunization boosters require follow-up titers after administration.
• Flu vaccine declination requires masking and completion of specific forms.

This role is ideal for experienced Cath Lab RNs comfortable with invasive cardiac procedures and comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced EP lab environment.
