CT Technologist (Weekends) - Cleveland, Ohio

Job Details

• Shift: Three 12-hour shifts on either Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday (11:30 AM - 12:00 AM)
• Interview: Phone interview required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• ARRT CT certification
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Immunization Requirements

• BLS Certification: American Heart Association BLS required
• MMR: Positive titers within last 15 years or appropriate booster protocol
• Varicella: Positive titers within last 15 years or appropriate booster protocol
• Hepatitis B: Proof of full series or partial series with signed declination form; positive titers accepted within 15 years
• Tdap: Vaccination within last 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Preferred but not required; medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (October-March) or mask-wearing and specific declination forms required
• PPD/TB Testing:

  • 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with negative results within last 6 months (annual requirement)
  • If positive, clear chest x-ray (valid for 5 years) and current TB questionnaire required
• Fit Test: Respirator fit test completed within 1 year prior to start (cannot be done onsite)
• Physical Exam: Pre-employment physical exam within 1 year prior to start confirming ability to work without restrictions
