Description

Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position

Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36


Job Summary

Provide nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting. Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • Minimum 1 year of Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Certification from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (Multi State Cert) (ABCP)
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
