Description
Job Opportunity: RN Inpatient Psych - Behavioral Health
Location
- Elmira, New York
Employment Type
- Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
- Shift hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Holidays and every other weekend required
- Scheduled weekends off require coverage or prior approval
- Blocked scheduling must be pre-approved
- Possibility of floating to a similar inpatient addiction rehab unit
Job Details
- Will be trained for charge nurse responsibilities
- Hospital uniform policy: navy blue scrubs for RNs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Behavioral Health experience with a minimum of 3 years
- Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- Completion of Centralus Naloxone Train the Trainer Course
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
