    Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

    Location: Seattle, Washington
    Employment Type: Travel/Contract
    Contract Length: 13 weeks


    Job Description

    • Work at a specialty hospital focused on neuro and cardiac patient care coordination.
    • The hospital is a comprehensive stroke center.
    • Role involves inpatient/acute care and case management.
    • Must have prior hospital experience.
    • Floating to other nearby campuses may be required if census is low.
    • Weekend coverage required: minimum 2 weekend days per month (typically 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, not the same weekend).
    • Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state.
    • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
    • Minimum 1 year of case management experience, including acute hospital case management within the last year.
    • Experience in inpatient and acute care settings.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
    • Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
