Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
• Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Experience

• Education Verification: Required for all candidates; nursing degree verification if applicable
• State-Specific Checks: Required if applicable (e.g., Washington state patrol search, OBRA registry for CNAs in WA)
• NURSYS Verification: Required for RNs (not applicable here)
• References & Work History Verification: Minimum 2 references; work history verification required if exceptions to references are requested
