Registered Nurse (PCU) - Travel Assignment
Location: Maysville, Kentucky
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Shift: Not specified
Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Call Requirement: None
Unit & Patient Population
- Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (2nd Floor)
- Number of Beds: 12
- Patient Ratio: 4:1
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
- Specialty: General and Cardiac
- Float Requirements: May float to Telemetry and Critical Care units at times
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: MEDITECH MEDHOST
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
- Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Cardiac and cardiology experience

- Facility Type: 100-bed, acute care, Joint Commission accredited hospital
- Patient Care Philosophy: Compassionate, honest, respectful, and team-oriented approach
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs required
