Cath Lab RN Opportunity

Location: Osage Beach, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with call
Hours per Week: 40

Job Details

• Work in a hospital setting near Lake of the Ozarks.
• Call schedule covers 30% of the time:

  • Weekday on-call: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 7:30 AM next day
  • Weekend on-call: Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM
  • Response time while on call: 30 minutes
  • Overnight call room available
• Average case load:

  • 8 cases per weekday
  • 6 cases per weekend day
• Charting system used: Xper (if unfamiliar, role will be circulating/scrubbing rather than monitoring cases)
• Equipment experience preferred: Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Rotablation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Additional Information

• Experience with the following procedures is required: LHC, LERO, RHC, PM/ICD/BI-V insertion
• Housing can be challenging and expensive during peak tourism season (estimated $1,500–$3,000/month); discuss housing options prior to submission
• Start date: ASAP
