Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location

• Bolivar, Tennessee

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3 shifts of 12 hours each per week)
• Shifts primarily Friday through Sunday, with holiday shifts possible based on need
• On-call required; call schedule is flexible with no set rotation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Emergency Room settings performing CT and X-ray
• Experience as an EMT or ER Technician
• Experience as a Radiology Technologist
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Experience with Epic systems

Certifications & Compliance

• ACLS required for RNs and RRTs (not applicable here but noted)
• Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
• Drug test: Negative 10-panel within 30 days of start (instant tests not accepted)
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• N95 Fit Test within 1 year of start, updated annually; no PAPR allowed
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start; annual TB questionnaire required
• Required immunizations or titers: Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer with booster if low/equivocal)
• Seasonal flu vaccine required during flu season (11/1 - 3/31); no declinations accepted
• COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start

Documentation & Other Requirements

• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Complete employment application/resume required
• Skills checklist as applicable to specialty
• EPIC test-out required prior to or shortly after start; only one attempt allowed to pass
• Appearance standards must be reviewed and signed prior to start

Additional Notes

• Flexible on-call schedule with no fixed rotation
• Candidate must pass EPIC test or contract will be cancelled
• Background check addendum allowed temporarily if full background check is not complete by due date, but full check required within 4 weeks of start
• Facility allows starting with EPIC pending if cleared, with completion onsite required

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with strong ER experience, recent EPIC proficiency, and availability for weekend night shifts on a travel contract basis.
