- Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Description
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience with at least one year within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level I Trauma patients
- Ortho Trauma experience
- Neurosurgery experience
