CT Technologist - Connecticut (Waterbury)
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8:30 PM
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 12 PM – 8:30 PM and weekend 3 PM – 11:30 PM (every other weekend scheduled)
- On-call assistance preferred

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
- Fit test and respirator evaluation with physician signature.
- COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster through September 2025), or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
- Proof of MMR vaccination (2 doses or IgG titer).
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional).
- 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest X-ray within last year (for CT and certain states).
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer.
- Physical exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
- Completion of skills checklist provided by agency.
- Signed professional forms including code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, conflict of interest disclosure, integrity and audit services form, and patient information security agreement.
- Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), SSN verification, EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC, and education verification.
- CORE exam within the last year.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
Additional Notes
- All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
- Weekend and on-call availability is preferred.
- This position involves direct patient care in a hospital setting.
