Registered Nurse (Home Health RN) - Kentucky, London

Job Details

Specialty: Home Health RN
Location: London, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Typical Workweek: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend rotation and holiday rotation
Orientation: 2 weeks with a preceptor including a few visits with a work coach
Dress Code: Scrubs (no specific color requirement)
Patient Population: Adults only
Caseload: Approximately 30 patients per day
Visit Requirements: Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, and daily visits required
Call Requirements: No on-call duties
Coverage: Home Health only (no hospice)
Support: Clinical manager or educator available 24/7 for emergencies and 8 AM to 5 PM for regular support
Equipment Provided: Phone and tablet

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
Med Surg experience
Experience with Homecare Homebase
