Registered Nurse - Case Management (Travel)

- Contract length: 12 weeks
Position Summary
- Acute Rehabilitation Case Manager role in a 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Focus on treatment and recovery of patients with severe injury or illness.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no weekends or call required.
- 36-40 hours per week.
Unit Information
- Acute freestanding rehabilitation hospital.
- Patient ratio approximately 1:15.
- Common diagnoses include stroke, post-surgical cases, and multiple medical debilitation conditions.
- Average length of stay around 12 days.
- Electronic Health Records used: UDS PRO, Medi Tech, Pinpoint.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care Case Management experience, including experience within the last year.
- Experience working with adult patients.
- Utilization Review experience.
