Description
CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit: CT
- Number of Beds: 11
- Number of Staff: 1-2 technologists per shift
- Shift Coverage:
- Day Shift: 1 CT technologist per shift with midshift overlap
- Night Shift: Not staffed
- Equipment: GE REVO 64 slice CT scanner
- EMR Systems: Meditech, AGFA PACS, GE RIS
Typical Procedures
- Routine X-Ray
- CT Body, Head, Angiography
Required Certifications
- ARRT (CT) Certification
- Texas Medical Board License
- BLS Certification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
Work Environment & Culture
- Dress Code: Olive scrub top and black scrub bottom (some flexibility for travelers)
- Personality Fit: Self-motivated, able to work well in a team
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
- ARRT (CT) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, with experience within the last year
