Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
• Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Valid ARRT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training (mandatory, no exceptions)
• Documentation of immunizations or immunity for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
• TB screening documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), with updates if break >6 months
• Physician-signed health statement within 1 year of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months; includes county and international residence/travel history for past 7 years
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start, updated if break >6 months
• National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Social Security Number trace as part of criminal background check
• Verification of highest level of education achieved (except CNA positions)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in relevant skillset
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state details
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required upon acceptance and for extensions, updated if start date changes
• Housing agreement form required if staying in provided housing, updated if break of 35 days or more
• Candidate submission coversheet required for initial assignment and new facility submissions
• Beeline attestation completed after registration

Optional but Recommended

• Documentation of chest x-ray if positive TB test
• TB symptom survey if positive TB skin test (updated annually)
• Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential or profile records

This position is ideal for Mammography Technicians who meet licensure and certification requirements and are available for a 13-week assignment with weekday daytime hours. Shared housing is provided, and comprehensive onboarding documentation and background checks are mandatory.
