Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health
Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details

- Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: None
- Float Requirements: Yes
- Patient Population: Geriatric, pediatric (ages 5-17), and adult patients
- Unit Profile:
- 104 beds across five units (2 adult units with 24 beds each, 24 geriatric beds, 12 pediatric beds)
- Patient ratios approximately 1:8, lower ratios for geriatric and pediatric units
- Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
- Supervision: Shift supervisors only
- Dress Code: Blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
