Description
Labor & Delivery RN (LDRP Nurse) - Montana
Job Type
- Contract position
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours per week: 36
Job Description
- Provide care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
- Perform triage and non-stress tests (NSTs)
- Serve as second nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients
- Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals
- Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on women and newborn infants after childbirth
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) experience
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Certifications required:
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- STABLE certification
- Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate level or above)
