Description
Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy) - Contract
Location: Salinas, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Flexible; Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Hours per Week: 38
Job Description
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
- Complete documentation according to facility standards using Net Health software.
- May be required to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
