Job Description

Work in outpatient surgery/day surgery setting covering Preoperative (Preop) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
On-call requirement: about 3-4 weeknight calls plus one 24-hour weekend call every 8 weeks
- Weeknight call hours: 9 PM – 7 AM
- Weekend call hours: 7 AM – 7 AM
Shift options include:
- 6 AM – 6 PM
- 7 AM – 7 PM
- 8 AM – 8 PM
- 9 AM – 9 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
Minimum 2 years of experience in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care, with experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid Driver's License
