CT Tech - Radiology
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Overview
- Level III trauma center with 198 beds
- Services include medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology, pediatrics, inpatient behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and lab testing
- Accredited for PCI, Mammography, and Laboratory
- Features 2 CT scanners at main campus and 1 at outpatient center
- Uses Cerner EHR system
- Patient population includes all ages
Position Details
- Role: CT / Radiologic Technologist
- Specialty: CT Imaging and general radiography
- Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36 (including weekend hours)
- Call: Occasional call required
- Float: Yes, to radiology department
- Number of Openings: 1
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Minimum 2 years of total travel experience
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with biopsies and CT drainage procedures
- Experience with GE Healthcare CT scanners
