Location

• Lakewood, Colorado

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• Day shift
• 4x10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI
• If ARRT (R) is not held, a Colorado fluoroscopy license is required

Experience / Skills

• Solid STEMI and cardiovascular lab technician experience

Job Duties

• Assist in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles in the department

Call Requirements

• Weeknight call: 1-2 per week
• Weekend call: 2 per 6-week pay cycle
• Holiday call required
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Unit Details

• 2 cath labs, 2 EP labs, and 1 hybrid lab
• Average of 10-20 cases per day
• Common patient types include STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, and atrial fibrillation/flutter

Additional Information

• Traveler must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
• Agency must provide traveler Rad Badge
• Floating may be required within the department, and only in an extreme need to Zone 3 locations
• Scrub color/dress code is required
• Unit-specific orientation is provided
• EPIC is used in the department
