CT Technologist Position - Springfield, Massachusetts
Job Details
- Specialty: CT Technologist
- Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
- Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Friday through Monday
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
- ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - CT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Required Onboarding Documentation and Compliance
- Current and valid ARRT-CT certification
- BLS certification card (front and back images)
- License verification dated within 30 days of start
- Fit test documentation
- Signed Code of Conduct form
- Completed I-9 form
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement signed
- Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
- Respirator evaluation with physician signature
- Skills checklist provided by agency (clinical contractors only)
- COVID-19 vaccination proof (including booster by September 2025), declination or exemption letter (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity
- Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (titers not accepted)
- Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity
- Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with Medical Review Officer signature
- 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year for Massachusetts
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional)
- TDAP vaccine proof or declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
Background and Screening Requirements
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- Exclusion and sanction screenings including EPLS, OIG, OFAC, NSO, and state-specific checks (MA CORI for Massachusetts assignments) dated within 30 days of start
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure form signed
- CORE exam completed within the last year
- System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start
This position requires compliance with extensive credentialing, health, and background verification protocols prior to start. The shift is overnight, covering four consecutive days per week. The contract duration is approximately three months.
