Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in California
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
Required Documents / Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation
- Background check
- Education verification
- Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Skills checklist, if applicable to the unit
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask
- TB clearance
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, COVID, and Tdap documentation or declinations as specified
- Drug screen
- Respiratory safety clearance
- Float policy acknowledgement
- Annual regulatory training modules
Notes
- A CPDH certificate is required for all RTs working in California.
- Candidate may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance.
