RN Medical
Location
- Hilo, Hawaii
Contract Details
- 15-week contract
- 36 hours per week after the first full week of orientation
- Day shift
- Must be flexible with varying shift lengths and days
- No guarantee of hours or shift preference
Role Overview
- Provides RN med/surg-level care for patients age 18 and over
- May float to surgical pediatrics or transitional care units
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Hawaii
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred
- ACLS
Additional Notes
- No holiday RTO requests
- Must arrive the Thursday before start for a Friday employee health appointment
- First-week orientation is included
- Uses Meditech EMR and unit equipment such as Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
