RN - Rehabilitation

Overview

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
Weekly hours: 36
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend rotation
Call requirement: Must call in as soon as possible or 3 hours before shift starts

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
Med Surg experience

Preferred Experience

Rehabilitation
Med-surg
Skilled nursing

Unit / Patient Population

Rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, amputation, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injury

Additional Notes

Must have strong customer service skills
Epic is used on the unit
