Overview

- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
- Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a(n) Post Acute setting
- Experience in a(n) Rehabilitation setting
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

- Patient population: Adults
- Department: Therapy
- Facility size: 50 beds
- Patient load: Therapy staff oversee about 9 patients
Additional Job Details
- First-day arrival: Report to the therapy team; front desk will call the gym to have someone meet you
- Parking: Use any 3rd-row parking spot in front of the building, or any parking spot on the side of the building
