Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Submission Requirements
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- License verification
- 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
Assignment Details
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Deconditioned, post-op, post-hospitalization patient population
- Orientation occurs every Monday
- Must work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
- Epic experience preferred
- At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
