Registered Nurse — Med/Surg or Emergency Room
Job Overview
- Contract role in Alturas, California
- Night shift
- 36 hours per week
- Flexible assignment covering either Med/Surg or Emergency Room based on department needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
- ED - Emergency Department experience
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
- Must be a team player, maintain confidentiality, be respectful of staff, considerate of others’ time, and accountable for work output
- Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs
Training Requirement
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually, with a certificate of completion
