70 residents, mostly private rooms
Typical patient population includes dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
RN ratio: 1:20
LPN ratio: 1:20

Responsibilities

Charting
Assessments
Charge duties
Medication administration
Clinical skills including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
Elderly experience

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend
Available for at least half of the holidays during the assignment
Floating required

Additional Notes

No on-call requirement
Must clock in and out at the facility
If previously worked for this employer, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
