Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Physical Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Schedule Requirements
- Weekend coverage: Minimum of 2 weekends per month
- RTO: Must be included at time of submission
- Scheduling note: Requests due to outside employment will not be considered
- Block scheduling: May be accommodated at manager discretion
Additional Notes
- Local radius: 50 miles
- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
- Charting: Epic
