    Job Overview

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Physical Therapist license in California
    • Physical Therapist (3 years of experience)
    • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
    • BLS

    Schedule Requirements

    • Weekend coverage: Minimum of 2 weekends per month
    • RTO: Must be included at time of submission
    • Scheduling note: Requests due to outside employment will not be considered
    • Block scheduling: May be accommodated at manager discretion

    Additional Notes

    • Local radius: 50 miles
    • Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
    • Charting: Epic
    • Parking: Free parking
