Job Overview

Role Summary

• Circulate, scrub, and monitor procedural cases.
• Call is required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• 1.5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment.
• Background check required before start.
• Fingerprinting required before start.
• Education verification required.
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start.
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start.
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask clearance required within 12 months of start.
• Tdap vaccination required.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required.
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation required.
• Drug screening required.
• Flu documentation required.
• Eye exam required within 1 year of start.
• 2 references required.
• Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment.
• Skills checklist required annually.
