Job Overview
- Location: Akron, Ohio

Role Summary
- Circulate, scrub, and monitor procedural cases.
- Call is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 1.5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment.
- Background check required before start.
- Fingerprinting required before start.
- Education verification required.
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start.
- Nursys verification required within 30 days of start.
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
- Fit mask clearance required within 12 months of start.
- Tdap vaccination required.
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required.
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation required.
- Drug screening required.
- Flu documentation required.
- Eye exam required within 1 year of start.
- 2 references required.
- Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment.
- Skills checklist required annually.
